Good news on the TK Plugin.
Apparently, the tk count isnt registered if a player is simply not forgiven ( Exit).
They must be punished for the count to accumulate and engage the auto kick after 5 tks.
Ive tried enabling "slap" as a punishment and set it to 1 damage point. But it doesn't show in the menu. So enabled "Blind" at 1/255 intensity. Almost no effect but will count towards the 5 tks. Lets see how it goes today.

Darn it, why do plugin makers always focus on vindictive TK management? 
 
All I want is "Forgive" and "Don't Forgive".

The punishments are CS novelties that are still included in the program 
Enabling slap and for 1 point damge is about as minimal as you can get 
The slap option isnt showing up in the menu though

Yeah I got kicked and banned from one of the servers last night. Probably for a tk violation but I'm not sure. I don't remember not being forgiven 5 times for tks. It did happened right after I shot a teammate though.....its was that horrid castle map and everyone looks the same at range. 
 
Does the 5 tks span juts one map or is it since you connected? 
 
Anyway thats the first time in a couple of years I have been punted for tks....Last time was for an errant nade that killed 5 of my own all at once.

The ban is for 5 miutes only 
Maybe make it for 1 and if trouble maker comes back enforcer can nab them
