I have not been around for a while (bad back with surgery to come soon) so you may have moved since I last popped in here, but I just wanted to check on you and your family. Hope everyone is safe! I still live in Houston, so no need to worry about me and tornadoes. Worry about me when you see a large hurricane in the gulf :)

Good luck with your back surgery. I hope it helps. My girlfriend had back surgery about five years ago (had two discs removed). It was traumatic and expensive, but a couple years later she was doing yoga (now an instructor) and better than ever.

And I think it's safe to say you're I&S as much as anyone nowadays :)
