If you want tickrate changes to a dedicated server to have any noticeable benefit you must change change the Windows Kernel Timer Resolution (pingboosting). if you do not do this, your servers fps will be limited to around 64 frames a second.
To change the Windows Kernel Timer Resolution (pingboost a server) all you need to do is run srcdsfpsboost.
