Beautiful map marred by poor framerates w/18+ players |
Review: |
Dod_sora_b3 is a very neat map. It is all the more remarkable because it is the very first custom map the author ever made.
The map is set in a town with a dry riverbed running through it, and a large church. Although one can move fairly quickly from one side of the map to the other, the map still seems large. I think this is because there is so much vertical space in the map. You can, for instance, climb to the top of the tall church tower, and to the hay loft on the top floor on the barn.
The map looks very realistic. The town is beautiful looking. Stunning, in fact. The layout is good, the map is balanced, and it plays well. The only realy fault is that the framerates are not great, especially with more than 18 players.
There are four flags. The second and third flags are both two-man caps.
The framerates are acceptable.
The map is suitable for match play. |

Hey gang.:)
Firstly, AWESOME Map!..Well done!:)
Secondly, I have a question please.
We played this Map in a Campaign War, and the Allies points appeared to be double that of the Axis, even though the Axis slaughtered the Allies.
Every time the Allies scored, they scored 4 points, and the Axis only scored 2 points when they scored.
Does anyone please know if this is a bug?
Cheers.:)
