A new control point map by Andysss456, cp_gydan. Its small with guaranteed close quarter combat.
Before you say " Not another payload map" this one is unique in that both teams can push the cart back to their opponent's base within a single round.
Updated versions of observatory and science are also available.

We have recently changed our Left 4 Dead servers so that we now have two servers reserved for the use of our community, while two remain public. SunLit Apocalypse and SunLit Legends are public. SunLit Survivors and SunLit Mall are both private servers.
When you use a SunLit server, you can be assured that you will have a properly hosted, maintained, and updated server. Furthermore, we don't run any of the weird mods out there that ruin the game.
The public servers can be accessed through the Steam Groups feature, or people can just end up there when someone forms a lobby and lets Steam choose the server for them. For more info, please see the section on using the Steam Groups feature in our L4D FAQ.
Very often, the public servers are full, but most often with non-members. This is cool, of course, but we also want a place for own members to set up a game when they want, so we've reserved half of our L4D capacity especially for this purpose.
The two private servers are free for anyone reading this to use anytime they like. To do so, simply start L4D, bring up the console and type in "sv_search_key slzm". Close the console and Create a Lobby with whatever settings you like. When you click Start Game, L4D will try to use one of our two private L4D servers. A quick tip: you may wish to check the SunLit website live server data in the top right real quick to make sure one of these servers are actually free first. If you would like step-by-step instructions, see this section of the L4D FAQ. By the way, one of our longtime members, DETHSDOOR, also runs a good L4D private server, and if ours are full, you can access his by using the search key "deth".
As a side note, players may wish to consider typing the following into their console to avoid server timeouts: cl_timeout 90. If you've ever been kicked from a server right after entering the safe room, this is the command that will help you get around a bug in the game and stay connected.
Happy zombie hunting!

JimmyCrackCorn has released two maps, 415fc_b10, a flash classic remake ( looking for Loach on the roof and Booty with the MG and a damn GIMP with a sniper rifle) and 415rennes_b6 a tiny 3 flag map suitable for 3v3 or 6v6 play.
Goatnapper has taken over the adrenalin port, dod_fireshorts_b3 and some of the clutter issues have been addressed from the b1 version tested at SunLit.
A new version of getriebe is also uploaded.

Looks like the Devs are taking a hiatus from L4D and returning to TF2.
"We've been pretty quiet lately, but thankfully, that's about to end. In the next few days we'll have an update out that has a couple of new features for the Engineer and Spy, and a variety of other smaller fixes.
The next class pack will be the Scout. One of the main goals we're focusing on for him has been to provide tools that make him useful in maps like Dustbowl & Goldrush. If you have any ideas for what you think would work well, post them over on the Team Fortress 2 Forum and we'll take a look."

The Steam Broswer for various Valve Games appears to be a bit screwy
If you have a minute , would you please check the latency you see for in the Steam Browser Internet Tab and Favourites Tab and Ingame for our servers.
SunLit Custom (DODS) 69.28.221.147:27015
SunLit Team Fortress 2 69.28.221.231:27015
SunLit Apocalypse (L4D) 69.28.221.148:27015
You will probably have to refresh the server list allowing for ALL latencies
Please post your findings here. Thanks

Punishment has asked our help in doing a quick playtest of a port of DOD 1.3 Forest.
SunLit tested it out earlier in the year but the map was plagued with server crashes due to the mortars. Punishment thinks he has corrected this problem but wants to be sure before releasing the map. The map will autodownload

The schedules are up Thanks to hD| Hacker Down and T3| T3 Gaming for volunteering to move to the Upper Conference. They will have no trouble going toe to toe with the heavy hitters. Thanks to those teams in the Lower conference who discussed a move with their team.
As long as everyone is where they want to be we will have a fun season .

SunLit's custom map library has reached a high point with 200 Custom Maps. The honour of the 200th map goes to Moroe's campazzo2. He has revamped his large wintry foggy village to a medium sized 4 flag map with incredible lighting. Performance is excellent.
SLi-Woody has released a final version of kalter, dod_kalter_1945. He's tweaked up performance and sped up gameplay by switching up to a dry riverbed.
