TheSurgeon has released the much anticipated and final version of the 1.3 classic, Cherbourg.
From the mapper:
"June 25th, 1944
The 9th Army continues through the port town of Cherbourg, with the Axis troops pushed back to the Channel. In one final attack, the German forces must try to break forward, while the Allies attempt to drive the remaining opposition out of the town and secure a first, crucial port on the Normandy coast.
Its true to the original layout with 6 flags with the 2 man cap at the underpass. The map feels huge but plays well on a 20 man server. There is a very subtle and appropriate soundscape.
FPS are very cpu dependent
