Airfield was designed with gameplay in mind. The graphics and layout are simplistic . It has 5 flags, 1 underground, 3 on airfield and 1 in the air tower. There is some spawn protection.
It can be classed among the "fun" style maps.
Fps plunge with 18+ players
May be suitable for match play.

- Flag names applied
- Enter the game, map preview camera applied
- Both Allies and Axis spawn flags have been moved to ground level and changed to A/A gun. Can only capture from the top, 2 men cap.
- Entrance to Airfield watch tower revised and improved.
- Allies and Axis spawn area are protected by bullet-proof glass
- Glass for the airfield watch tower is not bullet-proof glass.
