OFF THE WESTERN SHORES OF MORROCCO
NOV 8 1942
In an uncertain gamble to relieve pressure on the Russians,
joint Allied command decides to invade the French Vichy
possessions in North Africa. Multiple landings are planned;
hopes are that the Vichy resistance will capitulate
and side with their Allied liberators.
Algiers and Oran fall quickly as the French welcome the American
troops. At Casablanca, however, Vichy General Henri Petain
orders the French to 'hold at all costs' against the
American invasion. A short but bloody battle follows.

Allies: * Take all objectives within [15] minutes!
An old Moorish fort overlooks our primary beach. Get
there by loading on the landing craft, or use the raft off
the back of the boat to reach the Grotto.
-> Seize the fort to allow reinforcements to arrive there!
-> Call airstrikes from the deck of the USS Augusta's to
soften up defenses!
-> Land at the Grotto to flank the fort!
-> Proceed to the town and secure all objectives!

Axis: * Prevent the Allies from winning for [15] minutes.
